Chicken Noodle Soup

Hello food lovers!

Everyone loves a bowl of chicken noodle soup, sick or not!!

Soup is actually pretty healthy for you. It helps keep you hydrated, loosens congestion and lowers blood pressure! Good for allergies, especially in the Spring!

Here’s what you need:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tall stalks of celery
  • poultry seasoning
  • 1 package of egg noodles
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 teaspoon of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of bay leaf

Bring water in a pot to a boil. Once the water boils, cook the noodles. Cut up the celery and carrots into thin slices. Cook and cut the chicken in tiny bits in a separate pan. Also, cut the bay leaves and parsley. Once all cooked and cut, mix together in pot and add some seasoning. Let cook for 15 minutes or so with cover over the pot. Once it’s all done, serve in a bowl with a spoon and dig in!
