CHEAT SNACK TIME!
It’s time for one of my personal favorites, the Chocolate Banana Smoothie!
This has been one of my favorite all time smoothies ever since I was a kid. My mom would make them for me all the time, especially in the summer for a nice and cold refreshing drink!
Here’s what you need:
- 6 oz. glass or mason jar
- 1 banana
- 10 ice cubes
- 1 scoop of sugar free vanilla ice cream
- 1 teaspoon of chocolate syrup or chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of whole milk
First, slice up the banana and put it in the blender first. Then, add the ice cubes, ice cream and chocolate. Blend together for a couple of minutes and pour into a cup and voila! Instant goodness. It looks better with a couple of chocolate chips sprinkled on top!
Although this smoothie has some more fat and sugar, everyone needs a little cheat snack every once and a while! Bananas and whole milk are also good for you! Bananas provide good vitamins for the body and help you lose weight! Whole milk provides calcium for the body and makes your bones stronger!
If you wanna make other smoothies, use your favorite fruits and yogurt or ice cream!
