Hello food lovers!
It’s time for breakfast post! Shoutout to Maddy Rose for giving me the idea to post something using peanut butter! Check out her blog all about what to wear for each season: firstname.lastname@example.org
For breakfast, we have the Peanut Butter Breakfast Parfait! It’s super easy to make for on the go in the morning and only takes 5 MINUTES to make!!
Here’s what you need:
- 1 mason jar
- 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of plain non fat greek yogurt (if you don’t like greek yogurt, use plain or vanilla regular non fat yogurt!)
- 1/4 cup of granola
- 1/2 cup of sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
(if you don’t like strawberries or blueberries, use fruits that you love and that mix well with peanut butter and yogurt!)
The parfait is made in layers of goodness. At the bottom of your mason jar, put a layer of yogurt. Then, for the second layer, add some strawberries and blueberries (or your choice of fruit). After that, add some granola and peanut butter for the third layer. Repeat this process again and then sprinkle some granola on top!! Lastly, dig in and enjoy or put the cap on top and enjoy it on your way to class!
