Fruit Popsicles

Hello food lovers!

Spring is in the air! Spring brings warm weather, the trees and flowers bloom and everyone goes outside and has some nice, cool snacks!

To keep cool outside and enjoy a healthy Spring snack, you have to make Fruit Popsicles!!

These popsicles are simple, healthy and very refreshing!

Here’s what you need:

  • 1 popsicle tray (10 popsicles)
  • 1 popsicle tray cover
  • sliced fruit (kiwi and strawberries)
  • 1 can of mini madarin oranges
  • 1 package of blueberries
  • coconut water
  • 10 popsicles sticks

If you don’t like the fruits in this recipe, you can definitely replace them with your personal favorite fruits!

Also, if you don’t like coconut water like me, you can use sugar free lemonade or water with lemon!

First, place a few fruits in the each slot on the popsicle tray. Then, fill in the tray with the liquid of your choice. After that, place the popsicle tray cover on top and stick the popsicle sticks in. Finally, freeze the popsicles overnight and enjoy!

  1. This looks so good! what a healthy alternative to fatty foods…I especially love the use of coconut water. It will give a nice complementary taste to the fruit.
