Happy Valentine’s Day!

For all of you who are looking for a great Valentine’s day and don’t want to eat chocolate all day, here’s a Healthy Holiday recipe:

Valentine’s Day Salad — the best lunch or dinner appetizer! You can make your own salad or use the ingredients listed below!

Ingredients:

chopped lettuce or spinach leaves
1 sliced cucumber
2 red peppers
1 small stick of mozzarella cheese
10-15 small cherry tomatoes
your favorite dressing!
small heart shaped cookie cutter

Directions:

Use the cookie cutter to cute the cucumbers and peppers into mini hearts —  super cute!
Then, add the rest of the ingredients, toss the salad, drizzle your favorite dressing on top and enjoy!
